Even when taking over-the-counter and easily available vitamins, minerals and supplements, you can do your self home all, at least, fail get the results that you are seeking. Whenever it comes to knowing what you should or should not take in your diet, my own advice would be that you get professional help from a dietitian.

I know someone who is a semi-professional rugby player and who obviously takes his health and fitness extremely seriously. He is very knowledgeable about the area and fitness but he still takes advice from a highly qualified, professional, a coach.
