Vitamins and minerals

My own personal opinion would be that you get professional help from a qualified dietitian. Even when taking over-the-counter and readily available vitamins and supplements can cause you harm or fail to provide you the results that you need. I know someone that is a semi-professional athlete and he takes advice from a qualified, professional coach.
